Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 7 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via standard or express delivery methods regarding your address (UPS, Chronopost, Fedex) with tracking and drop-off with/without signature. Time of shipment can varie in the time but normally, you should receive the package 7 days after shipping with a normal way.

Free delivery and shippingfor all mascots costumes ordered ! We regurlaly deliver in United States, Canada, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and all over the world.

According to the wide choice and the customizable sizes of the mascot costumes, the mascot costumes are made-to-order. The average manufacturing and delivery time is about 3 or 4 weeks.

You will receive your mascot costume at the address specified in the order within of 3 or 4 weeks that correponds to the average manufacturing and delivery time. This period can be shorter or longer according to the manufacturing schedule and the availibility of the fabrics to make your mascot + country of delivery.

The delivery is ensured by an international carrier. A tracking number will be provided when the mascot will be dispatched.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
